What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so within the required timeframe to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments under 1 hour require at least 24 hours’ notice, while appointments over 1 hour require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows outside these timeframes will be charged the full price of the service.

What happens if I miss my appointment without notice?

When an appointment is missed without prior notice, it results in a no-show. In these cases, the full service price will be charged as a cancellation fee. This policy is in place because the time was reserved exclusively for you, and a last-minute no-show prevents me from offering the slot to another client. Additionally, repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments to secure your booking. If you anticipate any scheduling conflicts, I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

How will I know if my appointment is confirmed?

You’ll get a confirmation message by text, email, or both—whichever you choose when booking. If you don’t see it, that means your appointment isn’t confirmed yet. Please check your spam folder and reach out if you’re unsure. And if you’re still unsure, don’t worry! Just reach out to me directly by text or email  and I’ll be happy to double-check it for you. I’m always here to help!

What if I’m running late or the Studio is behind schedule?

 I understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you’re running late, please let me know right away I’ll do my best to accommodate you. If I’m behind due to the detailed nature of my services, I’ll be upfront about any delays and work to get you in and out quickly without compromising quality. I appreciate your understanding, just as I strive to be flexible when unforeseen situations arise. Your satisfaction is my top priority.

How do I know which lash extension refill service to book?

Even though refill options are listed by weeks, the right choice depends on how many lash extensions you still have. If you have lost more than 70% of your extensions, a full set may be needed instead of a refill. Shedding patterns vary, so always check your lashes before booking. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to help you choose the right service!

What is your policy on course attendance?
Course fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, rescheduling may be possible at the studio’s discretion. No refunds or money-back  are provided for training courses.

How do you make sure clients are happy with their results?

Your satisfaction matters to me! If you have any concerns about your results, please reach out within 48 hours, and I’ll be happy to discuss possible adjustments to make sure you’re feeling great about your service.

Products

Can I return a product if it doesn’t work for me?
All product sales are final, but I understand that unexpected issues can happen. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days, and I may be able to offer a replacement or refund under certain circumstances. Please refer to my Terms & Conditions Policy for full details. 

How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, which will be displayed at checkout. Processing time is required before shipment, and delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control.

Where can I park?
Rear parking and street parking are available. Parking in front of the studio is not allowed. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

Do results vary for services?
Yes. Results depend on individual factors such as natural hair growth, skin type, and aftercare. While we ensure the highest quality of service, outcomes will differ from client to client.
