Before & after Care
Following the correct home aftercare for your service is essential to prolong the length of your treatment and the overall health of your lashes and brows. Please read the instructions carefully.
Before

- Contact lenses MUST BE removed during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following your appointment.
- Come to your appointment eye makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow.
- Eyelash extensions CANNOT be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives.
- Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.
- Avoid using oil-based cleansers or products around your eyes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Avoid Caffeine: Refrain from consuming caffeine at least 2 hours before your appointment, as it can cause eye twitching, making the process more difficult.
- No lash lift effect on natural lashes.
After

- No waterproof mascara.
- No oil based products around the eye area.
- No water, steam or heat can come in contact with the eye area for 24 hours after application.
- No tinting or perming of eyelash extensions.
- No pulling or rubbing of the eyelash extensions.
- Gentle Cleansing: Clean your lashes daily using a lash-safe cleanser (oil-free foam cleanser is recommended). Use a soft brush or sponge to gently clean around the lash line to remove dirt, oil, and makeup residue while preserving the adhesive bond.
- Brush Your Lashes: Use a clean mascara wand or lash brush to gently comb through your lashes daily to keep them neat and prevent tangling. Brush them in an upward motion for a natural look.
- Avoid Oil-Based Products: Do not use oil-based makeup removers, creams, or mascaras near your lashes as they can break down the adhesive bond and shorten the lifespan of your extensions. Stick to water-based products only.
- No Mascara or Curlers: Avoid applying mascara (even water-based) on lash extensions as it adds weight and can damage both the extensions and natural lashes. Similarly, do not use eyelash curlers as they can break or dislodge extensions.
- Sleep on Your Back: Try to sleep on your back or side rather than face down to avoid pressure on your lashes from pillows or bedding that may cause them to fall out prematurely or lose their shape. Consider using a silk pillowcase for added protection.
- Schedule Regular Infills: To maintain a full lash look, schedule infill appointments every 2-3 weeks as natural lashes shed regularly as part of their growth cycle.
- Avoid DIY Removal: Never attempt to remove lash extensions yourself as this can damage your natural lashes. Always seek professional removal by a trained technician.
